Service Description

Refresh Your CPR This course will take up to 1.5 hours to complete face to face. A short pre-learning module is required for this course. We estimate this will take you 30 minutes. A link will be emailed you to access the online training within 24 hours of booking. This should be completed before the course (or for late bookings can be completed within 48 hours of doing the course). * Tip: click on BOOK NOW to see upcoming course dates (you will only make a booking if you hit NEXT) Course Requirements: To successfully complete our first aid courses you need to: Have the physical ability to meet the assessment requirements of performing at least 2 minutes of uninterrupted cardiopulmonary resuscitation on an adult manikin placed on the floor and an infant manikin placed on a firm surface. In addition to this you will need to complete various other simulated first aid scenarios. Have sound literacy and numeracy skills to read and interpret first aid signs and instructions Have writing skills to be able to complete an accurate written incident report. Oral skills at a level that show you could communicate effectively with emergency services For those aged under 18 years of age parental permission is required You will need access to a computer and internet to complete the online part of the course In order to issue a Nationally Recognised Statement of Attainment we will require enrolment information including your USI number. Photo ID is required. If you are unsure if you meet the above requirements or you have concerns please contact us to discuss your requirements and the support processes or contacts we have to assist you.​ ​​We ask that all students be in good health when attending a course and if you are suffering from cold or flu symptoms you will not be able to attend the course. We are happy to reschedule you to another date. ​Our courses start on time and we run our courses as time efficiently as possible, for this reason if you arrive more than 5 minutes late to your class you will not be able to attend and you may forfeit your course. We do not provide refunds if you simply change your mind. You may reschedule your course to another date, please provide 24 hour notice by emailing info@aokfirstaidtraining.com.au or your course fee may be forfeited.

Cancellation Policy

All courses can be rescheduled with 24 hours notice. No shows will forfeit the course fee. We generally do not provide refunds if you change your mind. Special circumstances will need to be submitted in writing for Management to review, a minimum of 7 days notice is required.
